We source any type of steel product and raw material from the main suppliers in the world. We handle payments in most of the international currencies. We also fix exchange rates and hedge prices through specific financial instruments.

We deal with internationally recognized surveying companies to inspect our material both prior and during the loading operations. We take care of the shipment procedures and formalities and insure the material against any possible damage. If necessary, we store the goods in covered areas to protect it from adverse weather conditions.

We discharge and inspect the material again at destination and then load it on trucks to be delivered to our customers' facilities and/or to our warehouses. We customs clear and import the material under our responsibilty, thus taking eventual duty risks to relieve our customers from any burden so to ensure the highest possible service.

Our commitment goes beyond the physical delivery of the material. In fact, we also follow up the processing of the goods to be sure of our customers' satisfaction and collect precious feedback to be shared with our suppliers.
